We'll start with some of the lesser known and least popular threads. The Scottish thread has seen myself play a so far successful save with Celtic. An SPL title was clinched in the first season, and my side is well on its way to a second, led by the inevitable force of Gary Hooper and Kris Commons. We also have Mervyn on board in charge of Hearts. A successful start with Brechin City saw him move on to Hearts, and he appears close to breaking the Old Firm stranglehold with the second-city club.
The normally quiet Nordic thread has seen Mustafa return, and take charge of lowly Swedish side Torslanda IK. He had a superb first season clinching a title win and promotion. It'll be interesting to see where he can take his side from here.
In Portugal we have seen the emmergence of Ellzo and his SC De Coimbroes side. A good start has seen him near the top of the Second division, just three points behind the leaders. Is a promotion on the cards?
Some of the more common threads seem to be quiet this week, although Ratchet has announced an imminent return to the Journeyman thread. On that topic, does anyone know if the cup bug has been fixed yet?
In the Premier League domination is the order of the day, with Indoctrin still destroying everybody presented to his Man Utd side. AndrewJames128 is still going strong with Swansea, as is NLawton as he bids to retain his title with West Brom. We've also been able to welcome RangersFan91 to the thread, as he looks to turn Man City into a dominant European force. A first season runners-up medal is a good start. AE has also arrived on the scene with Wrexham. To even reach the big time is an achievement and it'll be interesting to see how he gets on in the top-flight.
Over in Italy, Ben is continuing his progress with Millazo, and Jack Cromwell is going strong in charge of Messina, with a Serie B title looking like a definite possibility. The lower league saves have gone very well indeed in Italy.
And thats all for this week guys. Hopefully we can carry on with this influx of new saves. Next week i'll be returning to some of the more prominent threads, and so until next time, keep up the good work. Feel free to post your comments to this article, and i'll see you all next week.
