Gioda isn't the best defender on the planet but to me he is amazing. I mostly play as Celtic and he in every game up until now has been my first signing always. His stats aren't the greates either but he plays well above what his stats suggest. I have signed him in every previous fm's and has been the same, had to wait for his loan to finish in this one but he still amazes me. He also score a high number of goals from corners and one of the seasons had 17 to his name. This is only my experience but I think he is definitely a player that should be tried.
