This 4-3-2-1 tactic , has three central midfielder`s two advanced attacking players on the wing in AML/R positions and a lone striker.

The aim of this tactic is to maintain possession often along the flanks depending on which flank you will see the LB LCM and AML combining to create attacking triangles and moving along the flank as a unit pulling the opposition out wide to close you down then using the space created to play through balls into the path of the roaming striker.
